A cheerful Cheer Fund for the SPCA animals

The animals at the Boksburg SPCA had a cheerful festive season in 2014.

A whopping R58 262.95 was raised for the society over the past three months with the Christmas Cheer Fund project, which is now closed.

Every year, around Christmas time, the SPCA finds its kennels full to the brim with donated, stray and abandoned animals.

The purpose of the Cheer Fund is to raise funds to cater for all the furry critters that must be fed and to give some Christmas treats to all the unfortunate pets behind bars.
