Rocco de Villiers entertains ERBW at gala brunch

South Africa’s best-known pianist Rocco de Villiers entertained at this year’s East Rand Business Women (ERBW) gala brunch, hosted at the Birchwood Hotel, recently.

Susan Noppe’s (right) two-year maximum period as the association’s chairperson has come to an end. She hands over the reigns to Marinda Lombaard (left). Many toys were also collected for the Ukajede Foundation.

The ladies (and a few men), all brightly dressed, also hung on De Villiers’s lips while he was telling interesting stories that related to the background of his music.

The theme for the day was ‘Color Block Your World’. This gave ladies the opportunity to wear whatever they wanted to.

The year marked the ERBW’s 14th year in association, which started with about 40 members and now proudly boasts approximately 76 members.

The occasion also marked Susan Noppe’s two-year maximum period as the association’s chairperson coming to an end. She will be handing over the reigns to Marinda Lombaard.
