On Saturday evening, October 18, Emperors Palace’s Centre Court was once again the venue for the annual PinkDrive Pink Tie Dinner.
Zoleka Mandela, who is a cancer survivor and also global icon Nelson Mandela’s granddaughter, was one of the special guests who attended the annual PinkDrive Pink Tie Dinner. Here Zoleka, who is also the author of When Hope Whispers, is pictured at the dinner with her partner, Thierry Bashala (left), Peermont chief Human Resources executive, Fihliwe Nkomo and Emperors Palace GM: Hotel and Resorts, Wayne Hill.
The event helps raise funds to support the PinkDrive mobile breast check units, as well as educational cars that provide much-needed free breast testing and education throughout South African, driving home the fact that ‘Early Detection Saves Lives’.
