Woman stands up for hospital

After all the negative publicity, the Tambo Memorial Hospital has received, Dorothy Kubie has come to the hospital’s defence.

According to Dorothy, who often goes to the hospital to pray for the patients, in the five-and-a-half years she has been going to the hospital, she has never seen a cockroach in the premises.

She says that when she goes to the hospital she takes note of everything, including the bedding and food.

“I have spoken to the patients and they agree that there is nothing wrong with the food and it is reasonable for a State hospital,” says Dorothy.

She says that the State of the toilets are from the patients use.

“The hospital has women coming in everyday to clean the wards.

“When my sister was in the hospital she found it very clean and received excellent treatment from the nurses,” she says.

Dorothy adds that she has seen a great improvement in the hospital.

“The nurses treat the patients very well and with respect.” – @CarmenBoksburg
