The infrastructure services sector is currently vacant.
Nominations open on September 16 and close on October 1, at 4.30pm (completed documents to be handed in at the venues as indicated on or before the closing date).
Nomination forms are available at the following venues:
· Reception area at the Boksburg Civic Centre
· Boksburg Library
Who may be elected as a member of the ward committee:
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Must be a South African citizen.
· Be on the voters’ roll in Ekurhuleni
· A non-resident of the ward, but who is registered on the voters’ roll of Ekurhuleni, may be nominated by a sector, should that person be able to demonstrate in writing that
he/she has an interest in that ward.
· Must not owe council, or be in arrears with rates and taxes, but be willing to make the necessary arrangements according to EMM Credit Control Policy.
