Residents from all over the East Rand are invited to enjoy the day with the final three competitors of the Caxton Reynolds Race, local exhibitors and Caxton.
The Heritage Day celebration will start at 9am and end at 2pm.
Competitors of the race will join the festivities at the club, after completing their final task, which starts at the SA Reynolds Travel Centre in Springs.
First prize for the winning team of the race is a trip for four to Mauritius, sponsored by SA Reynolds Travel Centre.
The team to come in second place will win a weekend stay at the Soweto Hotel, and the team to come in third place will win a one-night stay and spa treatment with the Birchwood Hotel and Conference Centre in Boksburg.
Residents, sponsors and supporters will be able to see who comes in first, and who takes second place, as the first team to arrive at the Boksburg Rugby Club on September 21 will be the winning team.
There will be loads of entertainment, flea market stalls, food stalls and cultural stalls available at the Heritage Day celebration.
Entrance fee is R5 per person at the gate, and these proceeds will go to one of the three charities represented by the top three teams in the Caxton Reynolds Race.
