Author Elsabe Aldrich motivates East Rand women

The extremely witty and entertaining author, Elsabe Aldrich, entertained and enlightened the women who attended the East Rand Business Women (ERBW) monthly meeting, held at the Birchwood Hotel, on August 14.

The ERBW celebrated Women’s Month on a light-hearted note as Aldrich used her unconventional and funny motivational style to uplift the mood of every woman in attendance.

Aldrich, a former drama student, teacher, ambassador and real estate agent, spoke of her overseas adventures, and poked fun at some female issues.

“I use humour as a power against evil, and I advise women on how they can find the roots of succulence,” said Aldrich.

Her topics varied from leadership, management and how to reach personal success.

ERBW president, Susan Noppe, described the guest speaker as an amazing woman, and a fun speaker who has the ability to lighten up any woman’s day.

Aldrich used her past experiences, knowledge and humour to keep the session entertaining and informative all at once.
