Malherbe Rigg and Ranwell Attorneys is proud to participate in the National Wills Week, in collaboration with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
Wills Week is an outreach initiative that is designed to educate members of the public of the importance of concluding a properly and professionally drafted will. The most important reason for having a will is to ensure that your instructions regarding your estate are properly carried out after your death.
During Wills Week, attorneys and attorney firms who have registered will be available to assist members of the public to draw up a basic will, free of charge. This year, National Wills Week will take place from 16 – 20 September 2024.
