Witfield Park supports Go Turquoise for the elderly
The village kicked off the campaign by putting up turquoise flags and handing out blue popcorn and lollipops to the residents.

The Trans-50 Witfield Park Retirement Village joins the country in supporting the Go Turquoise for the Elderly awareness campaign.
The campaign runs from May 15 to June 15 (World Elder Abuse Awareness Day.

To mark this awareness campaign for the elderly, the village handed out blue stress balls, blue popcorn and lollipops to residents last week.
Furthermore, staff and residents hung blue flags on the facility’s gates and wrapped trees surrounding the area in vibrant fabrics.
