As part of our Easter colouring competition, we asked youngsters to showcase their artistic ability by colouring in a bunny in our issue dated March 31.
The team received dozens of beautiful creations from residents aged between four and eight.
Our judges then looked for the most creative and colourful entry.
Nikita Kelmovitz (8) of Comet’s entry was judged the winner and she received a wonderful hamper from Pick n Pay Towers, valued at R1 000!
Little Nikita was very excited to be named the winner and added that she considers herself a very lucky girl because this is not the first time she has won something in a competition.
“I have won movie tickets and a toy before. I am very very excited and proud of myself,” she said.
