Students from the Atlas Judokwan did well at the Ekurhuleni inter club tournament that took place in Germiston recently.
The club’s sensei, Vince Maree, said eight of the local judokas came first and won certificates.
“It was the first time for most of the students to compete in a competition. I also entered the competition and came first. My fellow students enjoyed seeing me participate,” he said.
Maree said the dojo moved to 85 Reier Road in Atlasville.
“I would like to thank Prolast Paint for sponsoring paint to our dojo. It looks great.”
