What’s for dinner? Baked fish with French stir fry

A quick and convenient meal for those busy nights where you don't have much time to spare.

Juicy and perfectly seasoned fish fillets that are baked until tender and topped with a delicious butter sauce. Delish!

Serves 4-6

You’ll need: 4 x 200 grams Hake fillets; olive oil; 1 teaspoon paprika; 2 cloves garlic, crushed; 2 tablespoons butter, melted; juice of a lemon; ½ bunch chopped parsley; salt and pepper; McCain French Stir Fry.

How to:

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Combine melted butter, crushed garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

On a baking tray lined with tin foil, spread out the McCain French Stir Fry mix season with salt and pepper according to taste.

Place the seasoned fish fillets on top of the veggies.

Pour the melted butter mixture over the fish and veggies, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes remove the foil and cook for a further 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped parsley.

Serve with potato chips or wedges.
