Covid-19 forces closure of fourth police station in Boksburg

About 10 officers have tested positive for coronavirus.

Boksburg North SAPS has become the fourth Boksburg police station forced to close its doors after a couple of police officers tested positive for Covid-19.

The facility was temporarily closed for decontamination last night. It was, however, reopened this morning, and is now fully operational again.

The client service centre was during the closure operating from the police station’s detectives branch on Cnr Trichardt Road and First Street (ground floor).
