Buy a face mask from Boksburg Round Table to help someone who needs one
For every mask purchased, the non-profit organisation will donate a mask to somebody in need
Round Table Boksburg 17 is urging the community to purchase face masks from them so that they can assist the less fortunate during the Covid-19 pandemic. For every mask purchased, the club will donate a mask to somebody in need.
The masks are R50 each and are available in blue, purple, pink, green, orange and yellow.
The new chairperson of the local Round Table, Jean Claude Duarte, highlighted that they are in need of the community’s support to make a success of this initiative.

“With the announcement that all South Africans are obliged to wear face masks in public, we want to donate masks to underprivileged people. However, we’re in need of the public’s assistance.
“If you need a mask for yourself, you might as well buy one from us and help somebody else in the process. Some people can’t even buy food or provide for their families and it will help them a lot to them if they don’t have to spend money on masks,’’ he said.
