Boksburg SPCA will only attend to emergencies

The Boksburg SPCA urges the public to donate to the Boksburg SPCA to enable them to continue helping the animals in need.

The Boksburg SPCA will be closed during the 21 days countrywide lockdown.

However, they’ll be attending to emergency services only. For emergencies you may contact the SPCA on 083 763 6311.

According to Boksburg SPCA manager, Vicky Finnemore they are also affected by the spread of Covid-19 which places them in a financial uncertainty.

“We have had to cancel all fundraising events for the foreseeable future,”said Finnemore.

Donate by debiting money via EFT to their bank account, ABSA, branch code 632 005, account number 404 638 8139.

You can also download Zapper, register on the app and then scan barcode on the right to make a donation.

You can also SMS the word ‘stray’ to 48748 to donate R10 (SMS costs R10 each).

Should you be interested in signing up for a debit order, email debitorders@boksburgspca.co.za (or leave your email address in the comments below) so that they may send you more information and sign up forms.
