A manhunt has been launched for a group of suspects who robbed a cellphone shop in Boksburg North on October 21.
According to SAPS spokesperson Brig Mathapelo Peters, a group of four men and two women who were armed, stormed into the cellphone shop and robbed employees of their belongings.
“The group of suspects allegedly stole a laptop, cellphones and an undisclosed amount of cash,” Peters said.
Peters said the armed robbers fled the scene in a silver/grey vehicle.
The video showing the gang of criminals robbing the cellphone shop went viral on social media.
