Help us celebrate Madiba’s centenary milestone
Whether you spent time with him, met him briefly or simply shook his hand as he walked down the street, we want to hear your story.
This year marks 100 years since the birth of Nelson Mandela and we’ll be celebrating this milestone with a special edition dated July 20.
To mark this occasion, the Advertiser will be running a feature honouring Madiba and we would like to hear from anyone who met him or who wishes to pay tribute to him.
What are your thoughts on this icon and your impressions? No story is insignificant and we want to include as many people as possible in this feature chronicling his life and the impact he had on South Africans.
If you have photos of yourself with him, we would also like to see and share these and look forward to reliving your memories with you.
