SAPS’s Ekurhuleni Central Cluster arrests 252 suspects in one week

In one week alone, police officers in the SAPS’s Ekurhuleni Central Cluster have arrested 252 suspects for various criminal offences.

The arrests follows operations held within the cluster during the period of May 1 and 6.

The cluster consists of eleven police stations: Boksburg SAPS, Boksburg North SAPS, Reiger Park SAPS, Benoni SAPS, Daveyton SAPS, Ethwathwa SAPS, Putfontein SAPS, Crystal Park SAPS, Actonville SAPS, Brakpan saps, and Dawn Park SAPS.

The Gauteng SAPS urges citizens to help the police in the fight against crime by reporting any suspicious people or activity to the police, by contacting their respective police station of phoning the Gauteng Standby Provincial Duty General on 082 313 8299 or Duty Brigadier on 082 444 4354.
