Show your ‘mo’ at Carnival City for a stab at great prizes

Carnival City has hopped on board the Movember Challenge and is calling on the men in the community to grow their “mo” (moustache) for a good cause and for a stab at winning some fantastic prizes.

Carnival City’s Movember Challenge officially kicked off on November 5 and will run until December 3 when the month-long “mo-growing” challenge will culminate with the Mo-Bro challenge “face-off” at noon outside the main entrance of Carnival City.

The “face-off” event will include screening and testing for prostate cancer, a barber to help Mo-Bros end their “mo-growing” journey, as well as loads of fun-filled activities and entertainment.

“Come show us your moustache which you have grown during Movember with before and after pics and you can win great prizes,” encouraged Carnival City’s marketing manager, Michelle Smith.

Movember is an international charity movement run every November and sees men all over the world sprout moustaches and beards to raise awareness of men’s health issues, specifically prostate cancer.

Movember is now firmly established as one of the most successful fund-raising drives for the treatment, and development of treatments of prostate cancer in men.
