Search is on for the next tennis ace

The search is on for future tennis stars with the Parkrand Tennis Complex set to launch its annual “Aces of Tomorrow” Round Robin Tennis Tournament from December 9 to 11.

The tournament will take place at the tennis complex and will run from 8.30am to 1pm each day.

Age group categories for both girls and boys are u-10, u-12, u-14 and u-18.

Entry fee is R160 per player.

The tournament is designed to ensure active involvement, enjoyment of physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle for all children involved, regardless of ability or maturation level.

This is an ideal opportunity for children to keep active and have fun during the school holidays whilst learning and developing new skills.

Parkrand Tennis Complex is hoping to extend this possibility to young players from all areas within the community who dream of being world champions to get involved in the sport of tennis and continue to create platforms for the children to develop in the sport.

Food and refreshments will be on sale during the course of the event.

Anyone interested in entering the tournament or requiring additional information may contact Theo Blaauw on 083 453 5638 or Jack Buys on 082 920 7295, or log onto www.parkrandtennis.wix.com/tennis or their Facebook page at parkrandtennis.
