Serves: 1 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 0 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200g / ± 1.5 cups mixed berries, frozen (raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries)
  • 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
  • 50ml oat milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp cashew nut butter, or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp Goldcrest Lavender & Chamomile Infused Honey

Toppings:

  • Chopped nuts
  • Mixed seeds
  • Fresh berries, sliced
  • Goldcrest Lavender & Chamomile Infused Honey

Method

  1. Place frozen berries, frozen banana, oat milk and nut butter into a high-powered blender.
  2. Drizzle in the Goldcrest Lavender & Chamomile Infused Honey.
  3. Blend until smooth. (If you do not have a very high-powered blender add more liquid if necessary to blend but try keep it to a minimum so the smoothie remains nice and thick)
  4. Pour smoothie into a shallow bowl.
  5. Add desired toppings.
  6. You can have fun with this, mix it up often and add great texture to your smoothie base.
  7. For ease, store-bought muesli or granola adds a nice crunch.
  8. Keep fruit toppings seasonal for the best flavour.
  9. Chia seeds are an excellent healthy addition.
  10. Toasted coconut shavings are delicious and a swirl of nut butter adds some extra luxury.
  11. Drizzle toppings with a little extra Goldcrest Lavender & Chamomile Infused Honey.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
