September car boot sale yet again a success
The monthly car boot sale is held on the first Saturday of every month.
The Boksburg Advertiser’s Bokkie Park Car Boot Sale and Bokkie Park Craft Market, held on September 3, was once again a success and community members got bargains galore.
They could purchase second-hand goods such as books, toys and household items at the car boot sale. The craft market also offered all sorts of handmade crafts, food and refreshments and live music.
One of the car boot sale vendors, who sold household items, Britt Guedes, said their stall was abuzz during the September boot sale.
The monthly car boot sale, which has been going for the past three and a half years, is an Advertiser initiative, in association with the craft market.
The market and car boot sale is held on the first Saturday of every month at Bokkie Park, Southvale Road, Parkdene, from 09:00 to 14:30.
The next event is on October 1.
