Play golf to help The Lazarus Legacy Foundation

The organisation’s areas of interest include education, community building and health.

The Lazarus Legacy Foundation (LFT) will host its fifth annual charity golf day on October 13, at Benoni Country Club.

According to the foundation, their goal for this event is to raise enough funds to continue awarding deserving candidates with bursaries, assist with school fees and other educational needs, establish a food bank and provide 1000 disadvantaged homes with a Christmas grocery hamper.

In 2021, the LFF was able to distribute 100 school shoes and 150 stationery packs to school children. It also distributed 2000 grocery hampers.

The organisation’s areas of interest include education, community building, health and welfare and economic development.

The event will tee off at 11:00 at R3 500 per fourball.

Interested businesses will also get sponsorship opportunities by placing their branding at watering holes for R7 500 per hole and several packages will also be on offer for players to choose from.
