Support St Francis’s charity shop and book nook

Are you always hunting for a bargain, then visit the St Francis Care Centre.

The St Francis Care Centre is inviting the public to support their charity shop and book nook.

The charity shop, situated at the centre (30 Olivia Road), is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:30.

Their book nook, where books are being sold at a bargain price, is open on Wednesdays from 10:00 to 13:00.
Residents can visit the charity shop to buy items such as ornaments, clothing, toys, furniture and appliances at reasonable prices or drop off second-hand goods. Any donations are welcome and would be appreciated.
Contributions can be dropped off at the centre at any time.

The organisation also has a stall at the Bokkie Park Food and Craft Market that takes place every first Saturday of the month.

Tilly Brouwer expressed her gratitude towards the craft market and members who supported the shop so far.

“The centre is reliant on donations and all money that is raised through the charity shop will go directly towards the sustainability of the centre,” she said.

For more information, contact the centre on 011 894 4151.
