In the spirit of Easter, Boksburg SPCA is appealing to the community to donate cat and dog treats, like biscuits.
According to Boksburg SPCA manager Vicky Finnemore, the society is planning on handing out the treats to the animals on Easter Monday.
“We want the animals to know they are not forgotten about this Easter.
“The society will appreciate any type of food, as we’re in need of dog and cat food,” said Finnemore.
Donations can be dropped of at the local SPCA at their premises on Railway Road on Mondays to Fridays from 08:30 till 16:00 or Saturdays from 08:30 till 12:30.
