The 2021/2022 Mr and Miss St Francis Care Centre Africa fund-raising pageant, which was scheduled to take place on October 19, has been postponed to December 4 to give more people time to enter the competition.

If you think you have what it takes to win the crown, send two photos of yourself (one full length and one half-length), a copy of your ID (any form of identification), a short bio (tell them more about yourself, why you entered and your goals) and proof of payment to info@phumintshabele.co.za
Entries are R100 and must be submitted before November 19.

Any member of the public who falls under the categories below is welcome to participate.
Categories include Junior (ages between five and 11), Teen (ages between 12 and 17) and Senior (ages between 18 and 29 years).
All funds raised will go towards the care centre.

The pageant is organised by Mrs Universe South Africa 2021 finalist Phumzile Ntshabele, with the assistance of Miss Boksburg 2020 Matshidiso Mokgotho and Mr Boksburg 2020 Phumelele Kubeka.

“We’re looking for a confident person who can be a good role model. The ideal candidate must be able to talk about subjects such as child protection and gender-based violence in front of a crowd. We will, however, assist the person,” said Tilly Brouwer, manager of the St Francis Care Centre.
