Toughlove opens its doors to the community of Reiger Park

Tough Love SA will present its programme to the residents of Reiger Park on May 29 at Drommedaris Primary School.

In the next few coming weeks, ToughLove SA will roll out its programme to the community of Reiger Park to help individuals or parents who are struggling to deal with their loved ones’ addiction problems.

Members of the newly formed Reiger Park Toughlove support group will present its programme to the residents of Reiger Park on May 29 at Drommedaris Primary School from noon till 2pm.

ToughLove SA is a nationwide support group consisting of individuals who offer guidance and advice to families and individuals in crisis situations, such as abuse, substance abuse, mental illness and bullying.

According to Toughlove board chairperson Chantal Grotto, the support group has been in discussion with the management of Drommedaris Primary regarding finding alternatives methods to uplift the community of Reiger Park through educating and supporting individuals or parents who are facing a hard time.

Grotto indicated the support group will initially begin workshops from June 3 at the school from 6.30pm till 8pm weekly.
