The case of former mixed martial arts fighter, Patrick Luindula, who has been accused of raping a woman at a night club in Boksburg, is still being investigated.
This is according to Boksburg North SAPS spokesperson Const Justice Ramaube.

He said the case is handled by the SAPS’s Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit.
“It is ongoing and they are waiting for the return of DNA results which will determine the case’s next direction.”
Luindula is currently out on bail.
According to Ramaube, it’s also been found that there are other cases relating to Luindula’s profile and the police are trying to establish whether they can link them to the current rape allegation.
Elaborating on the case, Ramaube added: “Whether as to when he will re-appear in court a date has not been given, but it will be communicated to us by the senior prosecutors as well as the investigators. But immediately when the DNA results come back, the court will issue the court date.”
