Watch: Cook and Culture’s lunch box ideas

Ask your children about their favourite snacks and preferences, and remember to keep it nutritious.

The Cook & Culture team are excited to share some healthy tips for some lunch boxes full of love.

A healthy lunchbox doesn’t have to be boring. Mix it up with fresh fruit and healthy snacks like biltong.

Here is a tip: Soak apple slices in lemon water overnight to keep them from browning.

Remember, involve your children and make packing lunch a fun, bonding activity.
