Konjwa walks away with the Miss Boksburg title
Angel Valashia was the first princess with Rethabile Oliphant becoming the second princess.
A total of 18 young people from Boksburg went head-to-head to compete for the Miss Boksburg 2018 crown.
Khanyi Konjwa walked away with the Miss Boksburg title.
The beauty pageant took place recently at the New Comet Primary School hall.
Organisers of the pageant, Kelly Zengwe and Faith Ndlovu, said the pageant’s aim is to empower the girls to be the best that they can be.
Becky Casting Agency signed on the top five young women.
Winning prizes included facial products, Kyle Jenner gift bags, vouchers and R3 000 cash prize for Miss Boksburg.
“Considering that it was our first time to host this event, we actually did a great job.
“We thank Valour Flora, Zanele’s nails and makeup, K16 Photography and all who contributed to making the day a success,” Zengwe said.
