Red-hot Boksburg Cricket Club captain Adam Forbes scored his third hundred in as many games to lead his team to a 97-run blitzkrieg over Kempton Park on March 11.
The Eastern Cricket Premier League II encounter, which was held in Kempton Park, saw the in-form visitors open the game’s innings behind the crease before piling up a daunting 263 runs on the board.
Every player in the Boksburg batting order put pressure on the scoreboard with the second highest run-getter within their ranks Chris Opperman (60) and Bryce Parsons (25) along with Forbes, notching an impressive 185 runs between them.

Kempton Park trio Nathan Grobler, Dean Visser and Gavin Ralph took six wickets between them with a brace each but not before being whacked all over the pitch.
They conceded 132 runs between them.
Questioned on his unstoppable form and his side’s drastic change in fortune, a jubilant Forbes said: “I’m over the moon getting three hundreds in a row, but all in all, it was a great team win and everyone did their jobs.
“Big ups to my bowlers who did the job when I needed them to.”
Indeed. The captain was referring to Parsons, Nathan Kruger and Jordan Hollard in particular – who all but dismissed the entire Kempton Park batting order between them.
Parson did the most damage, taking 3/15 including three maidens.
Kruger took 3/44; 1, while Hollard collected 2/20; 2.
Clayton Ceronio’s 34 was the highest score for his side in their 166-run total.
