The woman was a passenger in the BMW, which collided with the truck, at the intersection of Atlas and Denel roads.
There were three occupants in the BMW.
The other two were taken to hospital but the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
The cause of the accident is unknown but police are investigating.
The BMW was hit on the passenger side and landed approximately 25 metres from the road.
During the accident, a set of traffic lights were knocked down and landed about 20 metres away.
