According to one resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, for the past two years community members have been dumping rubbish at the corner of Third Street and Third Avenue.
She says that this rubbish consists of refuse bags and garden refuse.
“People dig through the rubbish and then the dogs rip the bags open, leaving rubbish all over the pavement,” she says.
She adds that on refuse collection days the refuse removers do not pick up the rubbish.
