Ingredients
- 50ml Dark Silkie Irish Whiskey
- 30ml chilled espresso
- 15ml coffee liqueur
- 10ml simple syrup
Method
- Hard shake with ice.
- Single strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Sprinkle with chocolate powder and serve.
The Silkie Rua
Ingredients
- 50ml Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Top with ginger ale
Method
Build over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with pineapple.
