Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 50ml Dark Silkie Irish Whiskey
  • 30ml chilled espresso
  • 15ml coffee liqueur
  • 10ml simple syrup

Method

  1. Hard shake with ice.
  2. Single strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Sprinkle with chocolate powder and serve.

The Silkie Rua

 

Ingredients

  • 50ml Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Top with ginger ale

Method

Build over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with pineapple.
