THE Jazzy Rainbow presents Thulile Zama live in concert on Saturday, 27 July from 7pm.
The Durban singer is the lead vocalist of the successful all female contemporary jazz band Heels Over Head, and has also done a series of Tributes to Mama Africa since 2017.
The concert will also showcase talented Durban photographers Fotobooth’s Project Backdrop. The project backdrop is a call for fashion designers from Durban to be part of a collaboration between Durban creatives. Fotobooth has donated its backdrop fabrics to fashion designers who will customize an outfit for a particular musician to wear when they perform. In return Fotobooth will fotograph the final designs in a personalised portrait session.
The Jazzy Rainbow is at 93 Simiso Nkwanyana road, Morningside. Music starts at 8.30pm. Entrance is R100 and R70 for students with valid ID.
