Event promotes innovators

the Red Bull Amaphiko Festival, will be hosted by Hlubi Mboya at the KZN Music House in Greyville.

A CELEBRATION of community, creativity and innovators that are changing the world, the Red Bull Amaphiko Festival, will be hosted by Hlubi Mboya at the KZN Music House, 2 Derby Street, Greyville from 11am to 5pm on Saturday, 22 June.

There will be performances by Nasty C and DJ Zinhle as well as storyteller sessions under the topics of Women in Innovation and The Business of Arts, with motivational speaker Gcina Mhlophe and pop up entertainment including Capoeira, contemporary dance, break dancing, Zulu dancers and Imbongi, Maskandi, soccer trickster, Chris Njokwane, graffiti and indigenous games.

Entrance is free.
