A LATE-AUTUMN afternoon concert of Baroque music performed by Suite 415 will be held at Christ the Redeemer Church in Hillcrest on Sunday, 5 May from 3pm.

The programme features a carefully-chosen programme of beautiful works by leading Baroque composers GP Telemann, Pietro Locatelli, JS Bach and GB Sammartini.

This will be the first public performance by David Smith on a lovingly-restored, beautifully- decorated harpsicord in the Flemish style, recently acquired by Deppe. The completion of the restoration process was the inspiration behind this concert.

Deppe’s beautiful new harpsichord will be the centrepiece of this sublime programme of memorable music.

Tickets are R80 through www.quicket.co.za or at the door.

Church of the Redeemer is at 1 Church Road, Assagay, Hillcrest.
