Tenors perform at Christmas extravaganza

iGrandi Tenori tenors return home after a successful international debut in Singapore to celebrate Christmas in Durban.

FRIENDS of Music Association in partnership iGrandi Tenori present a Christmas Music Extravaganza featuring the iGrandi Tenori tenors, Mlindi Pato and Timothy Sehau, on Tuesday, 18 December at Durban Jewish Centre, 44 KE Masinga (Old Fort) Road, Durban, at 6pm.

The tenors return home after a successful international debut in Singapore to celebrate Christmas in Durban with exciting sacred music and Christmas carols

with supporting guest artists, soprano Nontobeko Bhengu, baritone Philani Mdima, baritone Sbani Mwelase, mezzo soprano Phindile Cele and soprano Dorh Mfayela.

They will be accompanied by the Le Lounge String Ensemble and on piano by the musical director of the concert, Sanele Mkhize.

The venue will be laid out with tables so patrons can take picnic baskets and enjoy some Christmas faire while listening to some of the best voices in KZN.

Tickets are R100 (available at the door). Doors open at 5pm with a wine tasting by the Diemersfontein Wine Estate.
