Support fundraising event

THE #LiveLikeAndy Charity Event takes place on 28 July at the College Rovers Rugby Club on Jacko Jackson Road at 2pm.

All proceeds of this event will go to iThemba Lethu, home for restoring vulnerable babies and children.

The event features some of Durban’s finest with the likes of Demi Orsmond, Andrew Sutton, Freddy L and with major headliners like Veranda Panda, Majozi and Gangs of Ballet.

Andy Carrie was a great influence in his community and always lived life to the fullest. He was an avid photographer, blogger, traveler, pro skateboarder and flow boarder who always had a smile on his face. Andy was tragically killed by a drunken driver at the young age of 28 in December 2016.

As Andy loved kids, his family thought it would be fitting to donate all the event’s proceeds to iThemba Lethu house.

Mallaz Customs, a local customisation shop in Durban, will be doing a complete nut and bolt restoration of Andy’s CB400 cafe racer bike and raffling it off at the event thanks to the support and contributions from some big local brands including, Midas, Startline Powersport, PAZ, TWR, The Biker Store, Saviour Brand Co, Rocomamas and Honda Umhlanga.

“We will be going all out on this bike build and event to bring people together to #LiveLikeAndy, with awesome music from some of Durban’s best artists. This is a family friendly event so bring everyone for a day of celebrating and loving life, all for a good cause and the chance to win your very own Cafe Racer,” said Gary Bezuidenhout owner of Mallaz Customs.

Your event ticket includes a ticket into the win the bike raffle. Buy tickets for the event at www.livelikeandy.co.za (children U12 free).
