US comedian for Durban
Rajiv Satyal is a prominent figure on the US comedy circuit who performs alongside the likes of Russell Peters and Dave Chappelle.
LOS Angeles-based Indian-American comedy star Rajiv Satyal will have Durban audiences in stitches when he performs for the first time in South Africa this July.
Satyal will perform for one night only in the “I am Indian Comedy Show” which takes place on Friday, 20 July at 8pm at the Cuba Lounge events venue at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.

“I am super excited to perform in South Africa and more so in Durban, a place I’ve wanted to visit for a long time, particularly because of its connection to Indians and Indian culture. I am sure I will have a great time performing for Durbanites” said Satyal.
“I Am Indian” also features local star Masood Boomgaard who recently enjoyed success in Dubai, Australia and the UK where he performed on the London West End.
