Rainbow serves up music and soccer combo

Trombonist Nkosinathi Ntshangase’s seven piece band will be part of the entertainment.

WITH Saturday, 12 May being the final day of the Premier Soccer League, the Rainbow Restaurant in Pinetown has decided to combine two great passions, music and soccer, for another rip-roaring afternoon of entertainment.

In conjunction with Concerts SA, trombonist Nkosinathi Ntshangase’s seven piece band be on stage at 5pm. Ntshangase is no stranger to the Rainbow, having previously performed with Indibano.

For this gig, he gets to feature his own original compositions that he has previously showcased at venues like The Chairman and BAT Center.

Band line-up: Nkosinathi Ntshangase – trombone, Nhlanhla Moletsane – trumpet, Zinhle Msane – vocals, Kwenza Mhlongo – guitar, Nhlanhla Xulu – keys, Mzamo Zungu – drums, Ayanda Sosibo – bass.
