Baroque 2000 performs Vivaldi

The orchestra's artistic director Ralitza Macheva will be the soloist in the astounding The Four Seasons concertos.

VIVALDI’S The Four Seasons is the featured work in Baroque 2000’s concert on Sunday, 6 May at the Church of the Monastery Mariannhill at 3pm.

The orchestra’s artistic director Ralitza Macheva will be the soloist in these four astounding concertos.

Distinguished South African flautist Bridget Rennie-Salonen, based in Cape Town, will play Giovanni Platti’s Flute Sonata in G Major op 3 no 6.

The programme will begin with Giuseppe Torelli’s Sonata in D Major for strings and trumpet G 10 in which the soloist will be Michel Schneuwly.
