Win tickets King Arthur’s Camelot

Lerner and Loewe’s glorious musical about the life and times of King Arthur will be at Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre in May.

HOT on the heels of the delicious The Play that Goes Wrong, the magical tale of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, Camelot, comes to the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre from 18 May to 3 June.

Camelot is a musical by Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe based on the King Arthur legend as adapted from the epic T H White novel The Once and Future King.

One of the most enduring, revisited and familiar of the legends is that of King Arthur – the legendary fifth century British leader and brave and fair Knight who led Medieval Britain’s defence against Saxon invaders.

He is known for his Kingdom of Camelot, his magical sword Excalibur, his beautiful wife Guinevere and his followers known as the Knights of the Round Table, championed by Sir Lancelot du Lac, who fought for justice and right.
