Tribute to blues icons
Rusty Red will perform at Rhumbelow Theatre in a tribute to the great Eric Clapton.
RHUMBELOW Theatre in Umbilo presents A Tribute to Eric Clapton, from 4 to 6 August.
Durban ‘Bluesman’ Rusty Red is set to headline with his offering, ‘Crossroads’ A tribute to Eric Clapton and Friends which premiered at Rhumbelow Tinas in May.
Accompanied by Chris Melling on drums and lefty Skippy Kubheka on bass guitar, the trio will take you on a journey through a soundtrack driven by blues icons, Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Muddy Waters, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix and more.
Take food picnic baskets. The venue opens 90 minutes before the show. Braais will be available should you wish to cook some meat.
