Rock on at Rovers

A number of local artists will be performing live at Rovers on Saturday.

DON’T miss a tribute to CBGB, the iconic New York City music venue hosted by Durban Rock Alliance in conjunction with Berea Rovers at the main Rovers club in Jacko Jackson Drive on Saturday 1 July at 3pm.

Among the live performances by local artists will be Circle Of Stones, an outfit from the South Coast who specialise in rock covers from the seventies, eighties and nineties, local hard rockers Buckshot, alternative rock and punk band Common Creatives, another local act, Distorting The Stillers, with their brand of alternative rock and grunge, and solo artist Ryno Theron, who will be providing a mix of experimental psychedelic acoustic rock.

It costs you R50 entrance and cash bar and food options will be available.
