Women in jazz celebrated
There will be a fully women powered lineup at the International Jazz Extravaganza at the BAT Centre.
THE BAT will celebrate the wonderful strong women who have played a pivotal role in shaping our lives with a fully women-powered lineup at the International Jazz Extravaganza (IJE) on 14 May from 3pm till 8pm.
The IJE is growing into Durban’s own signature event for jazz connoisseurs in South Africa and those who are visiting. It is an intimate one-night only affair featuring leading international and South African jazz musicians. It features a superior five act line-up, five-star hospitality and an all round best-of-class experience.
Music, fine dining, networking marry within a luxurious setting. Performing at the event will be Omagugu Makhathini and Gloria Bosman.
