Additional matinee for final day of The Sound of Music
The Playhouse Company has added a final matinee performance to the final day of The Sound of Music this Friday.
DUE to popular demand, The Playhouse has added an additional matinee performance of The Sound of Music on the last day of its run, Friday, 30 December at 2.30pm.
The Playhouse Company brought in some of the biggest names in the business for the feel-good family favourite. The musical is directed by theatre legend Ralph Lawson, with choreography by Sean Bovim, set and lighting design by Denis Hutchinson, sound design by Mark Malherbe, costume design and co-ordination by Sarah Roberts, and the KZN Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Lykele Temmingh.
The musical has received rave reviews and promises to be an unforgettable family experience of entertainment, togetherness, nostalgia and sheer good fun with The Playhouse Company’s 2016 production of The Sound of Music.
