Belly dancers retell Jungle Book tale

BellyFusion will hosts its annual dance fundraiser at Durban High School.

BELLYFUSION Dance Studio is holding its much anticipated annual show at Durban High School on Saturday, 15 October at 6.30pm.

This year’s showcase has been taken to another level, retelling the classic tale of The Jungle Book through their signature blend of bellydance fused with Bollywood and Tribal Fusion. The group will also be joined by guest participating hip hop studio Dance Direction. Their ever-popular male fire dancer will also be on board thrilling the audience with his expert fire dancing skills.

Each year a portion of the proceeds are donated to a worthy cause and this year BellyFusion will be donating funds towards the Black Mambas, an all female Anti-Poaching Unit who are doing an outstanding job protecting Rhinos and other wildlife.

Tickets for The Jungle Book cost R90 each (R60 for under 12s) and are available by phoning Alison on 082 824 0908 or emailing: alison@bellyfusion.co.za
