RESIDENTS and motorists are advised to be aware of lane closures when Mayor Cllr James Nxumalo presents the 2016/17 Budget Speech today (Tuesday, 31 May).
Two lanes west of Dorothy Nyembe (Gardiner) Street and Samora Machel (Aliwal) will be closed off from 8am to 1pm, two lanes will be closed on Anton Lembede (Smith) Street between Samora Machel (Aliwal) and Dorothy Nyembe (Gardiner) Street from 8am to 1pm and two lanes on Dr Pixley kaSeme (West) Street between Dorothy Nyembe (Gardiner) Street and Samora Machel (Aliwal) Street will also be closed during this time.
Metro Police will be on hand to assist motorists.
The municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused.
