Top comedians for Durban Comedy Week

Win tickets to see Joburg and Cape Town comedians in action in Durban.

CATCH epic stand-up comedy shows on Thursday 28 May and Wednesday 1 June in Durban.

This month, SA’s funniest award-winning comedian-guitarist Deep Fried Man from Johannesburg, who is fresh off the success of his second, highly anticipated one-man show In Good Taste! will be headlining a run of comedy shows throughout the city.

He is joined by former Durbanites, Robby Collins, one of Trevor Noah’s highly successful protégés, as well as Richelieu Benouir, who has been flying around the country on the Goliath’s sold-out Aweh Mzanzi tour. Joining them, on tour from Cape Town, is the hilarious Glen Biderman-Pam, an award-nominated act who is a graduate in theatre and performance and has appeared on TV’s Comedy Central no less than three times.

They will be sharing the comedy stage with a few of Durban’s best funnymen Neil Green, Arnotte Payne and Jem Atkins.

The comedy madness will be in Morningside with Deep Fried Man, Robby Collins, Richelieu B and hilarious up-and-coming local act Kwanda! on Thursday 28 May at New York Comedy Club (Morningside) from 8.30pm.

Entrance is R60. To book, contact 031 312 9605.
